Dear Friends, in the link below you can watch the video on new Auxetic Technique for length and girth restoration.

29 year old. I was taking 400 Mg spironolactone to treat hair loss. Xanax withdrawal in combination with spironolactone shrunk my penis from 6" to 4".
I am seeking information about the sliding technique.

This is true length and girth restoration that requires separating the urethra and neurovascular bundle. The real question is how much lemgth and girth is gained, the video doesn't answer that.
26 year old
45-50 degree downward curve with an indentation on one side when erect.
Using RestoreX and Xiaflex injections
Taking coq10 with daily Cialis 5mg.

Bud luck

When you separate the urethra and the neurovascular bundle don't you lose sensitivity?
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Depends on surgeon skill.... but some loss of sensitivity is generally there at least temporarily  a few months until the nerves re-adjust.

That is why I don't believe in Egydio's tunica expansion procedure. Without mobilizing the urethra you can't elongate a penis.

Who does it? It seems incredibly. The results are by far the best I've ever seen, but I wonder about the complications like pain, problems urinating or other issues.

The technique is experimental and needs clinical evidence, but it seems promising

I have not watched the video but I think it all depends on the risk and the extended recuperation you are willing to take to gain another cm.

I go through a:  what do I stand to gain/what do I stand to lose analysis

if I got an infection or lost sensitivity I would hate myself for life for that decision.
if it went perfectly, I am probably the only one who would ever notice that cm.

I agree, it would make no sense if the only scope of gain was only a cm. From the text and the math I have read, they apply geometric principles, to allow maximum restoration. They claim, it can regain penis to original length to the limit of urethra and neurovascular bundle. If that is true, it might be worth it.

If the reality is only a gain in cm, one should never undergo this. Might as well regain size through implant with cycling.

I'm optimistic though.

1 cm? Did you guys watch the video? The two videos that I watched they regained massive girth and lenght.

There is a huge gain in girth, that is very clearly visible, I'm not sure how much length lost is recovered.

Those were the best implants I've ever seen, but like I said before we don't know how those patients are doing in terms of: sensitivity, rigidity, urinating, pain and so forth

In order to have this kind of extensive surgery, the surgeon must do the dorsal and urethral vasculature test. If this test is normal then there is very low risk of glan necrosis. However, if a patient is diabetic or he had radio therapy for prostate cancer or he has peripheral vascular disease, then the chance of glan necrosis is very high. Such patients must avoid this kind of extensive surgery.

Experienced doctors like Dr. Clavell doesn't know about the above mentioned vasculature test. But the Dr. Ralph and Dr. Giulio garaffa do this test before doing the Sliding Technique.

I went and watched the video.  I do not consider myself squeamish.  Remember, I was awake during my surgery.  That however looks brutal and the raw handling of the tissue has to mean a far increased risk of infection and increased pain and healing time.  When they were finished it looked like a PitBull had been using his penis as a chew toy.

If I had an 8" penis and ended up with a 4' penis (extremely unlikely) from Peyronies Disease, I might consider it.   Other than that, I'll pass.  I personally would not do it if it was free and he came to my local hospital to do the surgery.

I am totally agree with Hawk. If you have more than 5 inch penis then there is no need to go for this type of surgery. However, my case is different, I am left with a 4-inch penis. So I am willing to take that risk.

So this Auxetic technique was used in seven patients and the mean erect length gain was 1.4 cm. This is when they are mobilizing the urethra. Remember that Egydio's TEP does not entail urethra mobilization and in his study he said mean penile gain was 3.3 cm. Dr. Egydio deliberately did not mention the mean erect length gain because most of the gain was girth gain. So beware of Egydio's TEP because once the neurovascular bundle is mobilized it can't be mobilized again because high risk of glan necrosis in this case.

In conclusion, if you are looking for length gain, then the Auxetic Technique is not worth it because it has the same risk as the sliding technique but the length gain is very small compared to the sliding technique.

I care mostly about my girth, and that surgery regained massive girth. I just wondered how is it feel afterwards in terms of pain and sensitivity

I am not familiar with the surgery you are talking about, but unless this surgery has been performed 1000's of times with successful outcomes, I would not want to be a Guinea pig.
I had an implant my pre-surgery length did not decrease, it actually increased by 1/2 inch.
My pre-surgery girth was 5, 4.5, 4.5.
My 3 year after surgery girth is 6, 5.5, 5, and my head is what it always has been 5.5.
I had a Nesbit surgery 3 years earlier which was as HUGE mistake.
It decreased my length by almost 2" and reduced my girth by an inch.
The implant surgery increased by length by 1" and increased my girth as noted above.

Hope this helps

@stepone ; In my opinion these kind of surgery should be reserved for patients with extreme shortening. There is no need you risk your penis if you have above five inch penis.

ShrunkenDick,
It's a tough call, but I understand what you are saying. I have read some horror stories about guys with small penises wanted increased length, but all the surgeries did was to give false hope and a bad outcome. I guess someday they will figure out a way...and maybe they are closer now, I just wouldn't want to be the Guinea pig.
Best wishes for you my friend.

The surgery seems to restore the lost girth and that is my main issue, but the surgery is still experimental.

Understood, but as I said the Titan restored my girth.
BUT, you need to have a meeting with a HIGH VOLUME implant doctor and find out what they can do for you.
I am not sure where you live, but I would definitely check them out and get real answers.

I would really want to know where you read those stories. I have done extensive research about the sliding technique and found that average length gain is around 3 cm.

I dont think Stepone was referring to a specific surgery or surgeon but to penis enlargement in general.

jonatton yeah?

Has there been any more experience with this procedure yet? Is this only for use in conjunction with an implant, does anyone know?

How would this compare to the TEP procedure? TEP seems to be more widely available.. I've been told it is quite safe and less risk of infection.
