I cant live anymore because of my curvature..what else to do?  Im unhappy, sad and depression  32 years now..i afraid of the risks involved with a congenital penile curvature surgery, because i read some horror stories here.. i had a stage before and now i feel very sad and be in depression about my new shape.. Dr Gelman informs me about the risk that are not zero..So which road to follow? Depression and and lost of all of my life or risk everything ..? If a 2nd surgery gives me also erectyle dysfunction or loss of sensitivity sensitivity, then i must kill my self..
btw dr Kuehhas is the only one that gives me a hope that he can fix me and there isnt any risk for me

I too think about killing myself; but i know that if i kill myself ill just cease to exist. there isnt an after life, bud. SO if youre goal is to have a good penis, than you better stick around and keep fighting. Cause suicide isnt the answer, and thats coming from a fuggin 21 year old so best believe it. You havent even stopped to consider the implant, have you? youre just worried about the stigma and what could go wrong... guess what, you have no other options.

Bud luck

I'm on the same situation as you guys, my only option is an implant but I'm too scared to do it if because if something goes wrong I won't be able to take it
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

bud luck, it sounds like youre already not able to make it. Maybe the implant driving you up the wall will be a better fate than the agony of living in limbo. Its funny tho.. because youll probably end up loving the implant and look back at these years and scoff at how you thought it was all said and done.

AGain, suicide wont help you. youll just cease to exist. please understand that. ceasing to exist wont help your penis, there is no afterlife where your penis is healed. youll have to stay on earth and fight the good fight, and win. ANd ill be right there with you

Why do you talk about implants?

He has only had one surgery and has a functional penis, his problem is the curvature

Wouldn't the implant be a more risky and invasive option compared to an implant?

I ask this question because I am also in his case

- 01/2020: Nesbit surgery for a 50 degrees downward curvature with Dr.Faix (FR) : bad result

- 12/2022 : Surgery correction with Dr.Gelman US

- Now : Indentation on the left dorsal side with a rotation to the left that appeared, try Restorex

My implant advice is more geared toward bud luck. But it looks like you've already had a surgery for curvature... how did that go?

I made a mistake in my previous message, I meant to say:

Wouldn't the implant be a more risky and invasive option compared to a PLICATURE

Yes I have a nesbit surgery 2 years ago for a congenital curvature , result :
- curvature not even half corrected
- 2 cm less
- Horrible scar which has finally almost healed thanks to a lot of care

So I really want to correct this, unfortunately I have not found a surgeon in Europe ...

It seems that several Europeans (Djim, Conrad and me) are currently thinking of going to the United States (with Gelman)
I don't know if many have done it on this forum, I could only read the opinion of Mst who is Polish and went to see Gelman

I'm not saying don't go for the plication surgery. But it's only gonna make your penis shorter. If you don't have Ed, than I'd say that's probably worth it. But if you have Ed then you may as well cut your losses and get implant
