Hi Qureshi,
I usually look for a product with a high content of the thing I’m mainly interested in. E.g. My Q10 had 500mg but no added ingredients. If they include extra things e.g. vitamins that I am probably already taking or getting from diet it usually means the price is not value for money considering the cost of the ingredients, it’s exactly like if you buy some fancy bread that contains a few olives or nuts but it costs much more than buying the bread and olives or nuts separately. Plus the added vitamins are usually small amounts and they could be low quality or synthetic vitamins.

Also, addition of black pepper to increase absorption or bio availability, has had  some unfavourable opinions on the net, e.g. I can’t remember now what product it was but the argument was, it doesn’t necessarily truly increase bio availability , and also irritates the gut lining.
