weird symptoms

Im currently experiencing strange symptoms and im not sure if theyre good or bad. My curvature has decreased and gone back to what it was previously (i would guess around 10 degrees), and im getting frequent morning erections and my penis size has returned to what it was previously. However, im having pains on the left of the base whilst flaccid (not when hard). Is this usual and does it sound like a good thing or a bad thing. Btw I havent been diagnosed for peyronies disease however I suspect I have it.

Also the pain is in no way severe and I can hardly notice it unless im focusing on it and the pain only happens when i rest my penis to the right in my trousers. Could it be a ligament problem as I have never been able to push my penis down a certain angle and im worried that could cause problems during sex and higher risk of injury
