Hello, 47 years with 80 degree curvature+ed

I am 47 y.o. I've symptoms for 2 years and now I am searrching for implant surgery. I have 80 degrees left curvature. Prior treatments
-Vit e, colchium: not worked
-P-shot: made me worse
- VED+traction: not worked.
I can't even get erections with cialis 20. also tried eswt. I asked for implant prices and it was huge for me(like 25k dollars-maybe higher with tunical grafting) I can't pay for that. I have insurance problem. Can you advise cheaper and safe solution?
