tadalfil & sildenafil togther

Hi guys,

I spoke to a specialist in the UK via email (David Ralph). I explained my situation and that I have a soft glans. He suggested the following:

My treatment for early Peyronies Disease

Tadalafil 5mg daily
Tamoxifen 20 mg twice daily

for 2 months

both these have been shown to stop progression of the disease

then vacuum device 3x week for 20 mins- somacorrect from imedicare

for the erections also try sildenafil 100 mg 1 hour before sex to try to expand the erection

leave vitaros in reserve

now 100mg of sildenafil seems a lot? I have only used 25mg before in the past. It also seems he's suggesting its fine to use along with daily Tadalafil. What are your thoughts on this?

I have used both Tadalafil and Sildenafil simultaneously and had no ill effect.  I am not sure about the dosages though... but your daily dose of Tadalafil is low and wouldn't do much to the average guy.  See how they make you feel.  Sometimes I will break my Sildenafil in half just to conserve it or to keep it from giving me a headache (which it sometimes will).
