Finding the cause of sexual dysfunction

I recently had an appointment with an urologist after having severe erectile dysfunction and penile deformity in particular after using finasteride.

We did not do a doppler ultra sound as he deemed it to invasive and not necessary. instead he did an assessment by hand as well as an ultrasound in flaccid state. he suggested that he cannot palpate any plaque and that he suspect that there is a small scar in the penile septum that is causing the painful indentation and deformity.

he also said that the erectile bodies looked normal under the ultrasound and that it is unlikely that the ED has an organic etiology.

do you think this is a correct assessment? I should feel better about my situation but the thing is I still miss an answer to what is going on. my sexual function is really terrible and I have tried everything over the past 4 months with no improvement.

the indentation cuts into the flesh, it is painful and feels completely ungrounding to touch myself due to the different shape. I can not, not even with pills have a meaningful erection that would be enough for masturbation.

i have not had a spontaneous erection or morning erection in half a year. I have a hard time believing there is nothing physically or organically wrong here.

what can I do? my mental health is greatly affected and I am sick of waiting and doing nothing. I have done all the tests, I did a hormone panel and got an ultra sound of the penis. in actuality I have kind of lost hope that a normal and satisfying sex life is possible. I disliked my dick before all this and now I think its just pathetic. I know I should not think about a part of my body like this but it does not help not voicing your true feelings about the matter either.

i have found that there is absolutely nothing I can do to regain sexual function. pills dont work, abstinence makes it worse(because due to a lack of erections the indentation becomes more pronounced and cuts deeper), VED does not work. I got all the test. what can I do beside waiting out my entire youth anyway? worst of all the Dr kind of gave the vibe that this is nothing to be concerned about and I attribute this to him not being affected himself. the indentation might not look like a shocker on the picture but its unnatural, uncomfortable and very inhibiting. the additional ED makes anything in regards to sexuality an impossibility

Gobbler, we are in the same boat bro. I took finasteride just for 3 days and afterwards I had peyronies and all this hell of shortening, poor erectile function and indentations. And these indentations are the worst, they cut into the penis and feel like a contricting band while having an erection. Its not pleasurable at all. I don't even enjoy getting an erection anymore like I used to.
It has basically stopped me from ever having a relationship. Sexual stuff excites me, but I don't like to see my erection anymore or enjoy getting one because it going to just dissapoint me every single time. On ultrasound too, doctor told me you don't have ED or your case is not the worst. If having no sex life/possibility adn permant deformity with indentations is not the worst then I don't know what is. I am also mid 20s like you. I am just going to give it more team and can only pray for some miracle to happen. The day I turn 29 and this issue is not resolved and I still struggle to keep an erection , I will think about getting an implant. Atleast I won't have to fight to keep an erection and see all thos ugly indentations.
