My main problem is hourglassing, dents asnd narrowing as well as loss of length. About 20-30 degree curvature but NOT a sharp bend.

I'm a bit confused - I read that for a curve that isn't shape - not to do 90-120 degree bend?

So if I have about a 20degree bend left and up - would it be more practical to do the first or second click on the counterbending?

Very concerned about causing more damage!
