Erection by hand vs VED

If you can get erections by hand and don't actually masterbate  to ejaculation is this as beneficial and have the same effect as VED?

Or is there an added advantage to VED?

A VED will usually put more stretching than a normal erection unless you get rock-hard erections like a healthy 18-year-old.  If you do, I would agree that a one-cylinder VED won't likely do a lot more.  A 3-cylinder VED might.

 Thanks Hawk. With hand I can get to about 90% of EQ and am trying to get back closer to 100.

I purchased a VED to increase blood flow but now think if I can get an 90% erection by hand that this may be just as beneficial.

I have only pumped to 50% erection anyway so not sure if it benefits me

Again it depends on the goal.  If the goal is regaining lost size you have to pump enough to stretch the penis.  That is not 80% or even 90%.  If the goal is to just oxygenate the tissue then 50 - 60 % will do it with short hold times (a few minutes), deflate, then repeat to draw in fresh blood.
