Due to my deterioration of my penis I decide to have an implant once I get an insurance that covers it. In the meantime I want to keep my lenght to get a bigger Implant, so what is the best option VED or Traction?. I'm a little bit scare of the VED because Dr Trost mentioned that can cause more problems, but I see guys saying that VED helped them tremendously
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

I used both but primarily I used the VED before and after traction, sessions to get the blood flowing before and after a traction session.

If I had to choose one, personally I would pick traction but it is a much bigger commitment.  I would probably buy a Restorex but I used conventional traction since Restorex was not well known at the time.  Restorex would in theory cut your traction time way down.
Prostatectomy 2004, radiation 2009, currently 70 yrs old
After pills, injections, VED - Dr Eid, Titan 22cm implant 8/7/18

Thank you Hawk. I decide to get an implant from Dr Clavell, do you think is a good choice in your personal opinion?
