Pain went away but now it’s back?

Hey guys honestly I'm really frustrated and I don't know what to do. Firs of all I have an appointment at the urologist but the waiting time is killing me! I have to wait for 3 months! So yeah don't really know what to do. The pain went way for some time but now it's back even when flaccid but not constantly.

How do I deal with the situation? Since I have not gotten an official diagnosis my mind is racing and I'm really anxious.
