Penimaster Pro use

I have recently purchased a Penismaster. The first time I use it I found it quite comfortable. It was very tricky to get the head of my penis in but finally managed it. When I took it off I found the diaphragm had broken. I put a new one on and the next day it broke again. I have tried all the sizes but after one use it breaks. I only use the pump once.  I did a bit of research but couldn't find any where why this would happen. I did read that a lot of people use it without. I have tried this but found that after about 30 minutes it starts to get very sore and the skin around the head swells quite a bit. Can anyone advise where I am going wrong please?

I'm not sure what you are doing wrong unless it is the incorrect size of the diaphragm for you. I only use my balloon mod which is posted in the forum with pictures how to use them. Also the lube that you use can also be a factor. It took me about 6 weeks of continued use and experimenting to get things right.  Once you find out which combo is good for you it will be a lot easier. I can put on my PMP in less than a minute now.
