Hello, everyone. I am creating a new topic with my problems again, for which I apologize. Systematizing most of my problems, I come to the conclusion that I MAY have something other than all my bad situation. I think there is something wrong with my prostate, but I may be wrong .....
Before these problems I could masturbate and it took a lot of work to ejaculate. In the last year, it has happened to me many times that I have a tickling sensation in the urethra at 40-50% erection, which leads to ejaculation WITHOUT TOUCHING! Has anything like this happened to anyone, or at least does anyone know what could be causing it? Lately, I think it may be related to the prostate. I did tests and there are no bacteria .... No drastic enlargement ...... I'm really going crazy with all sorts of PROBLEMS ...... I'm going crazy. .....

In fact, I've had PE since the beginning of these problems, and I've never had anything like it in 39 years. I had a catheter inserted 2 years ago and I'm wondering if this is not the problem and if I don't have an infected prostate that can't be seen on tests ...... I'm really going crazy .....

Millions of men are catheterized every year.  Almost any male who has a surgery has a catheter inserted. Unless there is a specific reason to suspect that as a cause, it is as unlikely as attributing it to an act of mastrubation or something you ate.

You cannot just think it is your prostate, or a urinary tract infection.  A competent urologist should be able to determine the problem.  If necessary go to another urologist.

Nothing associated with this sounds like it has anything to do with Peyronies Disease.

Hello hawk. There are so many problems with me that nothing sounds like anything. I struggle with a lot of problems, one of which is fracture scars. I describe the problems in different topics, because otherwise I will have to write about 2 pages of problems. I'm just trying not to go crazy and find the right direction. I apologize if I'm annoying.

Sten, you are not annoying.  That is the very point of the forum.  There are only about  2 or 3 guys out of 20,000 who ever became annoying with medical posts.  They were guys who refused to listen to the answers they got, kept asking the same question repeatedly, and refused to do anything.

You need a good Peyronies Disease specialist AND a good urologist.  Don't stop until you fund them.  Peyronies Disease is the replacement of elastic tissue with scar tissue when no real damage is present.  All of this takes place on the tunica.  It has nothing to do with the skin of the penis and nothing to do with internal structures like the urethra.  IF you had a sharp 90 degree or greater bend downward it MIGHT restrict urine flow which MIGHT cause some infection but beyond that, there is just no connection.
