position of the plaque

Hello. I have had funny symptoms for a couple of months at least and it has just dawned on me that it could be Peyronie, but I am not sure if the location of the symptoms lines up.

Mainly I have noticed my penis being very sensitive during sex, to the point of being painful. It's more painful when my penis is very hard, for example if I take Viagra. Investigating more closely, the pain is on the glans and around the corona, where the glans joins the shaft, on the top side of the penis. I can feel something hard under there, both when soft and erect, like a band of rubbery texture inside the penis under the skin of the glans. It only hurts when erect and when there is pressure on my penis. I have not noticed any curvature besides the slight leftward one I have always had, but then the 'plaque' feels quite centered between left and right, and it is basically under the glans, so not close enough to the base to generate a bend.

Does it happen with Peyronie that plaque forms at the level of the glans? All diagrams I could find depict it midway through the shaft or similar.

No other symptoms besides the pain when erect and this texture. And very few spontaneous erections, which I put down to events and lifestyle. I am a 50yo man with traits of Marfan and I take a daily very small dose of beta blockers.

I will arrange to see a urologist but grateful for any advice in the meantime.

Having no medical credentials, no examination, and only your narrative, I would guess it is NOT Peyronies Disease.  If there are documented cases of plaque in the glans, they would have to be VERY rare.  It would be even rarer for it to be ONLY in the glans.

I assume you take Viagra because you need it for your erection to be satisfactory for intercourse.  It probably is not a good idea if you take it just for an extra rock-hard erection.
