Is this correct? I'm able to do pretty good straight traction now its been around 12 days.

This counterbend stretch seems to target the dents i have at the base top side of my penis however it seems a bit dangerous..

Am I doing this correctly?

Everything looks good!  Yes when you first start counter bending it is kind of startling. Just make sure that you cannot see the white lines. One thing I use is a small piece of cloth that I lay where my penis touches the traction plate.  It allows a smooth internal stretch and not just the skin. Time and patience is the key.

Thanks man - do you mean a cloth at the start of the device around the circular blue base?

I'm referring to the flat part of the device that includes the area that angles it down. Some guys also place some kind of a cushion at the circular base that supports everything.

Muttley - its been 12 days - 3 x 30m sessions. I haven't started the 90 degree bend yet - this was just a trial I did for 1 minute to see how it would feel.

Muttley - getting past 2 days of traction? Or two clicks? Consistency is key - I do believe it's working - my penis feels fuller and is hanging lower, some pain has also subsided. I'm almost ready to use the extension rods and start counter-bending but I will take it slow for now.

Mike - Could you please describei n a bit more detail what you mean or if you're comfortable send a pic through.

thank you,
J

Oh, I was referring to getting past two clicks of the counter-bend. It brings tears to my eyes at the moment when I release the springs, despite doing it very gingerly! I think I might need a couple of weeks to get there; currently I am on day eight.
Incidentally,  I think I shall be using the longer rods soon as after about ten minutes of straight traction, I am reaching the limits of the standard ones.

When you clamp your glans in the device place a small piece of tissue ,2 by 2 inch,  underneath your shaft area that is resting on the fl at plate. This allows the skin to not grab onto the plastic and you get a better internal stretch.

Muttley - I'm about the same - ive maxed out tension on the straight traction - considering using the extension rods soon.

Im also cautious about doing counter-bend traction - it just seems a bit more dangerous, i'd definitely start slow. Im going to do straight traction for about another 1-2 weeks before attempting a full 15-30m counter-bend session.

It seems to be working though my penis feels fuller, hangs bettr and there is a bit less pain. Hope it works out for you too.

Mike - thank you - will give it a try - hope your treatments are working too!

Thanks JJ - I have reverted to Counter-bend 1 and doing that for 15 mins after 15 mins straight traction. CB 2 is a little bit too  aggressive for me at the moment.

Thanks for the tip Mike!

I tried the longer rods today. Unfortunately, the first notch is just too far for me to start with so I returned to the standard rods and maxing out on the "final stretch" of the fifteen minute straight traction. Struggling to get past counter-bend position one as well. I suppose patience is the key for the time being.

I found the same situation as to the need for longer rods at straight stretch,my remedy was to put some sponge rubber with a hole for my penis between the base plate and my groin. This J goextended the device and made the baseplate more comfy.

James - are you using the extra cloth that's on the hinge/bend area during straight traction too?

Yes JJ ,
I set the cloth for the bending under the clamp and along the bed of the track then lay my penis on top then the makeup pad then clamp down one click on clamp.
All this is done along with the cloth packing at the base ring in the device initial setup for traction.
As soon as I'm happy with sufficient loose skin around the base ring I extend the rods to a position I feel tension then click the clamp on meatus to the second and final click then ever so gently release the spring tensioner and feel the full traction.
Generally I can get through 10 minutes of straight and half an hour of full 110  deg bend ( as illustrated in pic) without having to do any resetting.
I don't wish to sound like I'm bragging or kinky but I have become very familiar with the set-up and find it a painless and rewarding proceedure.
Hope others are getting good results from the device,it's not a race but a very long marathon to beat this monster of a beast.

Hi James,

it would be interesting to know what your symptoms were like at the start and what they are now. Also, when did you start to see improvements? Would you mind sharing that info please?

Thanks in advance :)

definitely agree it can be very rewarding. Just knowing that you're doing something which is having a positive effect on your peyronies makes you feel so much better mentally!

It's a steady improvement in straightening the bend in my case. In around 8 months of use morning and evening  maybe I have seen close to 10 degrees of bend removed.
The last time I visited the specialist he was enthusiastic about a 5 degree improvement and encouraged me greatly. Since then my girlfriend thinks another 5 percent has been achieved.
I'm using the long rods now for both stretching and counter bending.
There was a question concerning my condition- I did experience pain in the early stages of using RestoreX as I didn't clamp properly on to the knob of my penis but with pads etc and experience it's pain free.
I suffered pain in my very early stages of peyronies but it subsided after six months.
I have managed to keep having sex throughout.
My medication is 3 GM's of L- Citrulline and 5 mg of Cilias.
To those on RestoreX - keep plugging away for results and keep maximum tension on your traction device.
I do 3x 30 mins a day (10 straight and 20 full 110 deg counter en
Good luck guys.👍😋

No I won't.
There's absolutely to benefit to anyone.
I'm happy to help  with posting pics for those that are struggling or new in understanding how to correctly use RestoreX to achieve maximum benefits from the device.
If anyone here says their bend has lessened or stabilised or whatever then I take their statements as fact.
