Smithwesson

Hi, just signed up to this forum after many months of research and scouring the internet.  Just before christmas, I started to notice an upward curve in my penis. It starting to get a lot worse and it is now maybe at  a 30-35 degrees with a bend to the left when fully erect. Now at the same time I can still get erections, but on a psychological it has been very stressful which hasn't been very good for me, . It doesn't feel right and is very off putting when I have sex. I haven't experienced much pain as of yet  but if I stretch my flaccid penis and touch part between my thumb and index finger, I can feel one bump distally and a smaller one closer to my glans. I never had pain and still don't or no previous injury that i am aware of.  It just came on out of nowhere. my first step now is to finally visit a urologist after putting it off that last few months. my question is will a urologist advise on treatment based on his opinion or what he thinks is best based on the severity of the penis.

Welcome, SmithWesson.  Great name!  It is represented in my small arsenal :)

The first thing you need to do is read this very carefully --> https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html
it will answer some of your questions and give you the background needed to ask more questions.

Also, fill in your signature line so all can understand your case without repeating the same basic questions and answers. -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html

Next, don't expect much help or even much interest in your problem unless you go to a doctor who specializes in Peyronies Disease.  A general urologist treating male and female urinary tract disorders will likely be a waste of time.

As Hawk said, your wasting your time with a urologist, you need to see a doctor who specialises in peyronies disease.
