RestoreX - hold stable during stretch/leave

Should you hold the restorex once it's placed in position and the penis is stretched (to keep it more stable)? Some shaking and movement happens regardless - does this pose risk ? If so, what are you guys doing to prevent it?

I'm extra cautious as I re-injured myself from VED usage - months prior I was making great progress with VED now i'm reluctant to try it again.
