For those who can feel their plaque:

1) What does it feel like? Please be as descriptive as possible if you can.

2) Can you feel the plaque all the time? Or are there times where it kind of blends with the rest of the tissue in your flaccid penis and becomes undetectable?

Cheers
26 yrs old
Symptoms since about Aug 2020
Several indentations in top third of shaft
Top third of shaft always hard, even when flaccid
Mild intermittent flaccid pain

For me, plaques have always felt like little masses of firm tissue - firmer than the surrounding tissue. I have to be completely flaccid to feel them. If I start getting even a little blood flow or erection of any sort, I can no longer feel them, as the surrounding tissue now also becomes firmer.

To be honest mine feels always a bit different. One day it's really hard to find, and the other day it's super easy to detect. It depends a bit of the consistency of the rest of my penis. But when I can feel it clearly its like a hard block at it's core,  that's surrounded by some less hard tissue.
1 knot in the penis septum since end of 11/2021
No pain, no curve, small dent but not visible, hardly can feel the dent, could be there before Peyronies Disease.
First not calcified, now visible
Meds:Potaba & Citrullin
Diet:Plant based but meat & fish once a while

For me it can vary at times. When erect it is almost undetectable.  When flaccid it can be felt sometimes like a small piece of rubber. There are also times when I think it is shrinking in size . When I have had a rough session of sex though it is sore for about 24 hours and very noticeable - heat relieves this.

SNHL 7/2020 - Stopped all Meds because ototoxicity  Heat/traction/VED are working. CPPS Diagnosis - Stable :)

Mine is like a narrow chord on the upper side of the penis, running from the base all the way to the glans. It is easiest to feel under traction. With RestoreX, it becomes tight and appears to bear all the load.

Indentation in the left CC near the base.
Lost 6 cm, regained 4 with RestoreX

That might be your neurovascular bundle.

To me it kinda feels a piece of a rubber band.  In the first two or three months it was easy to find when flaccid because it was a lot tougher.  Since it softened up a lot from massaging, it can be better felt with an erection.

I agree it is likely my neurovascular bundle.
