Trauma induced Epididymitis and RestoreX

Any advice on using restoreX with trauma based Epididymitis. I dont want to push th base to hard on the scrotum as there is pain from the Epididymitis.

Has anyone had this condition ? This has set me back years as im unable to use the VED or restoreX.

Could really use some help - I just had double hernia surgery too and my penis is worse than ever atm.
