I used to have a normal penis, I got an indentation in the middle of the penis, that left a mild curvature and narrowing. then a year alter I got another indentation right under the glans. circumferentially around the penis. erections are severely impacted not lastly due to significant pain upon erection.
the narrowing I think prevents the glans from getting hard. however a more recent and intimidating symptom is tension pain and what I presume
fibrosis or scarring long the entire left side of the penis and on the right side under the glans. there is some very strange tissue changes that can be felt as a hard cord circumferentially around the penis. in areas of tension pain the penis is less flexibly e.g in half erect state it is right to the left even though it used to be straight. I assume this is due to in part diffuse
plaque build up on the left side of the
tunica albuginea.
right now I am in pain physically and emotionally as well. I cannot get an erection anymore with significant pain on the entire left side as if I have peyronies on the entire penis. its really messed up. I cannot get morning erections anymore, last time I got an erection is a while ago. the tissue changes that I can feel are becoming more pronounced. there is legit a hard cord of tissue around the penis and this creates most of the pain when trying to get an erection.
i also think the tissue changes have messed significantly with the venoocclusive function of my dick so that I cannot and might never get a normal erection again. right now masturbation is unthinkable and thats really worry and bothersome. I dont know what to do here
