If this thing worked in the professional setting more doctors would be all over it. But despite it being offered in some clinics even in North America/Canada, i am yet to read an account of somebody that had their condition improve even if it was just bloodflow to their erections.

In fact, quite the opposite from what i remember on the board. Give it a search here. Like Mikel said, i second his opinion.

The Phoenix shockwave device helped me a bit. Maybe 30% or so. But you have to keep using it.

I did not measure it with a device (before/after).

I do believe the in-office machines to be better. They are just expensive. I also use it for Erectile Dysfunction. I have no clue how this works for Peyronies Disease.

Only proven therapy to work is daily Tadalafil, VED, traction and Xiaflex.

I completely agree with you. I've looked into this before and came to the same conclusion—those at-home shockwave devices just don't live up to the hype. For me, daily Tadalafil has proven to be the only thing that works, and honestly, it's all I need.

Even actual shockwave therapy is useless too.

They just jump on men who are desperate telling them they can fix peyronies without surgery.

Selling the magic pill that doesn't deliver.
