All the studies say to inject into the plaque. I can't feel any plaque but it is obvious where my lateral curve is. The Dr said he can inject into the penis nearby where the curve is. Does anyone have experience with this?

some plaques cannot be palpated but can be seen through an ultrasound assessment. I think it could be possible to target the location based upon what can be seen in the US. I think I read somewhere that there is even guided ultra sound for xiaflex. my doctor said not all plaques can be palpated but it does not mean that nothing is there. however in some cases the plaque can be centered inside the penile septum, a layer between the two erectile bodies and also part of the tunica albuginea. in that case I can imagine it to be hard to reach it. I think this would be a good question for Dr Trost who does QA on this forum, I think he is the right person to ask this

Seems like if they can't feel it, then they might miss the plaque and inject it into healthy tissue. Xiaflex is an enzyme that eats tissue. You don't want your healthy tissue eaten.
57 yrs old.
Pre-Trost treatment, 110 composite curve (75 up, 35 left)
Post-Trost xiaflex treatment, 0-15 degree curve.
