Does anyone have any suggestions. Cannot seem to find much online except for Krakowsky who supposedly does high volume.
I'm looking for someone who can do the entire process from ruling out other options (Being able to do penile doppler)
to the actual implantation itself.
Onset of pain in March 2021
Progressed to loss of girth to dent under the glans left side

Been doing daily heat, traction, pentox, ved, cialis since initial onset of pain

Currently still experiencing pain and dent unchanged

Unfortunately I cannot remember hearing about a high volume doctor in Canada.  I've heard of US and UK.   Is US out of the question for you? Many of the top doctors do tele-medicine visits and can probably schedule all the tests for you locally and interpret the results.
31/Single
Injury Nov 2019, bend 15deg, loss of erections, dent and hard-flaccid
VED, cialis 5mg on/off
EQ medium (with pills), no NTE.  Lost 1+ inches length, lots in girth. Some loss of sensation. Considering implant to restore full sexual function

I would call colorplast and ask them, perhaps they can give you some information.

Dr. Gerald Brock in London Canada might be high volume.  I am not sure how many actual implants he does.  Also, this is not a recommendation.  I only know one person who had surgery by Dr. Brock.  He loves him but I was left with some real questions.

I don't think he is Hawk.  The health care in Canada works differently from the US as i am sure you know and you need a referral to get to him first, let alone discuss implants with him. I was there in March 2019 (and he was the one that gave me my restorex) and when i asked him about IPP's he said the his patients only have them when they exhaust all options and are unable to have erections. He also said that since that wasn't my case either i would have it done in the US or i would not be able to have it in Canada since that's how the system works pretty much anywhere you go.

I may be wrong but from talking to him in his office, from what i read about IPP's in Canada and what i follow on the boards that is a very strong impression i have.

Quick question, did you call Colorplast?
...and a statement, DO NOT ALLOW ONE DOCTOR TO TELL YOU HOW THINGS WORK!
I went to 5 different urologists in 3 states, before I found a doctor that even discussed implants. Three of the urologists told me, there was nothing they could do.
If this is important to you, start investigating more and don't give up.
Be brave and don't give up.
