Regarding “fibrosis”

My question is how to diagnose "fibrosis" I had an MRI that showed narrowing of the chambers, but no one has ever used the term fibrosis. The thing is, I injured myself through jelqing. I've had tissue damage that seems to spread. I can't sit on hard surfaces without an itchy or painful feeling. I know I have tissue damage, just no palpable scars. Erections are fine with no curve, but I try not to get them because they can be injurious. For me, my "Peyronies" is a big disability.

I'm thinking of having a Doppler ultrasound with induced erection, but like PeyRonny, I'm afraid that it'll hurt me. Is that the only way to have fibrosis diagnosed? Like PeyRonny, I feel like I can hurt myself worse with simple daily movements, so I'm really limited. I absolutely cannot do traction or VED. I use heat therapy, often with an oil like olive oil or I'm trying to get castor oil soon.

This is really hard you guys and I'm afraid that my condition is progressive. I mean, I'm definitely at the point where I can only wear sweat pants, and sitting on hard surfaces and exercise can make my fibrotic scars disadhere. I feel like it's spreading to new places.

I'm going to have a consult with Dr. Goldstein in San Diego over the phone on April 4th, and people here have offered me linear shockwave and PRP which I am very hesitant about after reading that it made one injury-sufferer like me worse.

Does anyone have a rec about another specialist with whom I can have a phone or video consult? Honestly, I cannot travel far without hurting myself worse. Sitting in a chair for too long is just the worst for me. My poor tissues just don't want to heal. Thanks for your advices.

hello. what you described sounds in some ways similar to what I have. I also have a narrowing directly below the glans on the left side that has been spreading circumferentially around. it started as a small indentation, similar to the one I had before in the middle of the penis. the former was diagnosed as peyronies disease and developed into a light curvature to the left and some thinning and stiffness(less flexible, hard to explain). then later appear this under the glans.also with a light bend and hinging and very obvious loss of girth.  it is painful to the touch. I have not gotten a diagnosis yet however.

Hi Gobbler. I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I truly hope you begin to see some improvements. I'll tell you what my goals are right now. I must quit all masturbation because I have soft tissue injury. I cannot reallly exercise either due to my injury, so I'm struggling to busy myself and not become depressed. It also hurts to touch mine. I lose hope quickly, and cave in and masturbate because I don't believe my injuries will ever heal and that I'll never have a satisfying life again with partnership and exercise and independence. I came to this forum to look for answers and find support. I'm sure what you're going through is difficult, and I hope you'll come out the other side happy. I really like heat therapy, it reduces my pain and it is a pleasurable sensation, which makes me happy. Maybe it can help ease your pain.

An injection on fibrosis can cause more fibrosis, I still don't understand how so many 'clinics around the world promote the use and Shockwaves to 'fix' fibrosis when in fact make the fibrosis worse in some cases like mine, these clinics are making a lot of money base on a lie
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
