Hello everyone, so I got injured back in August 2021 which I had hard time getting hard and felt pain but it all disappeared by end of Sep 2021. but recently I started getting slight pain when getting semi erection and notice a slight curve in Jan 2022 (tho this have ease down but sometimes I can feel it but it's barely). Does Peyronies Disease take that long to start occurring? How fast will my progression of Peyronies Disease worsen? I have seen urologist twice but they been useless and say everything is normal despite telling them my symptoms. I have edema(red bruising) on my penis head. I also have this weird looking line bump on the side of my penis which I don't know if it's plague or not. I honestly don't know how plague looks like because whenever I get online to search on google, it dont show any real life penis plague etc. I am awaiting to meet with Urologist and will try to get a Doppler ultrosound but for time being I was hoping some of yall can help me out. Below I have attached pictures according to name.

Edema 1: I have circle where the edema bruising take place. To my knowledge Peyronies Disease doesn't cause this right?

Edema 2: A  top view of my penis. Due to the bright lighting it's bit hard to see but if  you look closely to where I circle in my Edema 1 pic, you can see the edema and skin marks.

Curve: This is pic of my penis fully erected. As you can see my penis is slightly curving up. I assume it's going to get worse but how worse and fast will it be =(

Pl: This picture I circle the weird looking bump on my left side of penis. I'm not sure if this is plague as I never seen how plague looks like on a real penis. Where I circle was the spot i got injured and where I tend to feel pain between the head and that circle when I am getting a semi erection/flaccid.

Conclusion: I have recently discovered something called Mondor Disease (basically something to deal with blood clot etc that could cause the Edema) that have vein looking thing like this in my PL pic. I have researched MD but confuse to if I have MD or Peyronies Disease, but maybe both? To my understanding MD can show edema but I couldn't get any info if it can create hourglass, however as of right now I don't have hourglass when fully erected but only during the process. Could it be that it's a hourglass because what I assume is that the blood flow is distributing at a different pace? I am unsure if MD can cause a slight change of curve but since Peyronies Disease can, that's where I am confuse. I have read that MD can also cause pain during erection. So maybe I am a victim of both MD and Peyronies Disease? I  got injured in August 2021 and today is Feb 25 2022, if it was truly Peyronies Disease wouldn't the pain/curve get worse by now? Or does it really take that long. One last question that may seem bit out of place, I know the fate of lots of guys doesn't end well as years go on when it comes to sex life. Because I am still in the acute stages with minor curve and lil pain only, should I just wild out and start doing all the sex I can? I fear that my sex life maybe be over once it gets worse later on, maybe I should just enjoy life now? Thank you for those that read this to the end, I would love if all of you guys can give me some opinions/advice. I would really appreciate it.

For the record, I had sex in Sep 2021 and was fine with it after healing since injury. I would said I was like 80-90 percent self healed. After that I masturbated carefully and gently like 3-4 times a week until near Jan where I felt my healing never went above that 80-90 percent range. I haven't had sex since Sep and stopped truly masturbating in mid Jan. As of right now I am truly trying to let it heal with no pressure to it besides watching porn to get hard to create blood flow etc.

From your photos it appears like things are normal. Now if your penis looked completely different before these current pictures, then there could be something going on.  Only a Doppler can give a clearer diagnosis.  Pain is a red flag to leave things alone and get checked by a Dr.

Yea I am in the process of finding a new urologist who actually care to inspect and give me a doppler. So you saying if it was Peyronies Disease I would had got worse by now since it's been nearly 7 months? What about my picture 4? I still can't determine what is that weird lump thing. And my biggest concern is my edema in on my penis head haven't gone away since 7 months. I felt like it's trapped blood or blood clot etc.

I never took pictures of my penis before, but I am certain that the curves when erected wasn't like that before.... sigh... i really wish my first urologist wasn't soo crappy. It takes forever to get appointment a new one.

So you saying it wont be Peyronies Disease considering this is 6 months after the injury? I still have edema on penis hard and slight pain when semi erect or flaccid. Also somewhat hourglass when getting hard tho I suspect it could be due to something slowing down the blood flow unevenly.
