So I am waiting for my l citrulline to come in but I am confuse about it. Is this safe to take long term? I have read that we should cycle this supplement? For example take it for 2 months then 1 month off, rinse and repeat. Also how long do we have to take this product? At the moment I believe I am still in the beginning acute stage. Can't feel plague but small minor discomfort pain when sometimes flaccid and having semi erection which show a hourglass in the process. However when full erected, it is just have a slight curve going up. Been 6 months since my injury, when will the pain go way? I assume the curve will get worse? Would these other supplements help slow or stop the progression of Peyronies Disease?

The point of the supplement is to promote blood flow to your penis.  Stay in tune with your body when taking it.  Cycling it on and off isn't a bad idea, especially if you're worried about effects. I haven't heard of anything like that, but the key is to promote blood flow to your penis.   I would use VED and Cialis in microdoses (5 mg every other day) as well.   Have you seen a doctor about your condition?

Because the curve isn't bad yet or so, I don't want to use any VED etc just yet. Afraid of doing more harm. I have seen a urologist twice and they just glance at me for less than 5 mins. Was really useless and said everything is normal despite me telling them my pain, hourglass, and slight curve. Will be meeting a new one next week and trying to force a Doppler ultrasound. Would it be bad if I just straight up continue L citrulline without breaks? I had research a lot and can't found out if it would be a bad thing to use it daily forever.

I use a supplement called High Volume by PESCIENCE.

I take one scoop per day which gives you a dose of 2500mg L-Citruline and 1000mg Arginine.

I feel like this is helping to promote good blood flow you could take 2 scoops but I only take one so it lasts 36 days as it's a bit more on the expensive side. I've never read that long term usage of these ingredients is not deemed safe. I'd encourage you to keep taking them daily to promote blood flow.

Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

Keep in mind that this is not a drug of any kind.  It is simply a nutrient.  Bodybuilders take it in large doses for years to promote blood flow to the muscles.  There is some evidence that helps with diabetic healing moderate high blood pressure, even better nutrition in the elderly, and dementia.

It's okay to cycle on and off but probably not necessary.
