Sexual Activity while taking Xiaflex injections

I'm new to this forum. Have had Peyronie's for 3 years. Went through Xiaflex injections 2 years ago. It didn't work (only changed the curve from left curvature to an up curvature and more severe). I started another series of injections last week.
My question is: How important is the "no sexual activity' for 4 weeks post-injection? Would gentle masturbation cause any issues? I'm finding it difficult to restrain from this activity. Thanks for any insight.

It is from my understanding that when having Xiaflex treatments there should be no sexual activity. I do have strong spontaneous erections; was wondering if gentle massage to orgasm would be harmful since already erect. Thanks for sending the attachment.

I think gentle masturbation would be fine.

Thanks LWillisjr. Did you do so during your course of Xiaflex with no repercussions?

Xiaflex didn't exist at the time. Back in 2008 they were using a drug called Verapamil which was very similar. We only waited a week after the injections before having intercourse. We were just always very careful. I don't see any issue with masturbation.
