Hey everybody, I'm new here and I'm not sure whether I have Peyronies or not. Here's my story - I had an injury to my penis about 7 months ago and ever since then most of my erections have been moderately painful (6/10). Recently I noticed a hard lump on the left side of my shaft at the same point where the pain occurs and I'm pretty sure it's plaque. I do not have any curvature or indentations. What I wanted to know is whether plaque always leads to Peyronies or could I have some other condition?

Can you describe more about your injury? And is your injury only during erection or is it also pain during flaccid?

I was playing with my 2 year old nephew and his leg accidentally hit my penis. It hurt for a few seconds after which the pain subsided so I didn't think much of it. Then a few days later I started getting painful erections.
As for the pain, I only have it when erect.

Nothing is "for sure" or "always" with Peyronies. Continue to monitor yourself for any changes.
