I am sorry to hear about your situation. I must say that you need to be gentle with your penis and get some control over your feelings and emotions. If you need counseling it can be of some benefit. Bending the penis and manipulating it is not recommended and can cause further damage.

Finasteride can be a dangerous drug as it blocks DHT which is needed in our male bodies for many processes. I must say you do need to have your full hormones correctly evaluated. I have been on full hormone replacement for 18 years and have acquired some knowledge in this area.
You need a good DR also as many of them are completely clueless. You are young and your hormones should be at the top of the recommended levels. Your estradiol was high because of the finasteride messing with your DHT. DHT is an enemy to estradiol and helps eliminate it and blocks it's actions in our bodies. Your free T is what you want in your body to be high or at least mid range. Hopefully you will  recover from finasteride but I would never do it again. I would get a good hormone Dr to assist you in your evaluation.

The fact that my androgens are all back in normal range(finasteride actually halved my free T and increased estradiol two fold) and my libido is back, however I am a complete non responder to any kind of PDE5 inhibitor even at high doses. now my testosterone is back at 600 but I have zero nocturnal or morning erection(even on 15mg Cialis) and any kind of erection requires lots of attention and manual work and if I stop it for just 5 seconds the erection is completely gone. I am not even anxious when I attempt this, it really feels to me like there is a physical issue. normally I am a very good responder to PDE5i and could get an erection even if I was anxious or not in the mood. now that ability has totally vanished. the pain on the left side of the penis, inside the penis, is also very concerning to me

its all gone back to normal except the erectile function and penile pain have not gone away
