Long term chronic pain sufferer here (since 2018)/ flaccid pain /  i've been active on this forum quite a bit and mainly asking and talking about chronic pain.
First notice i do NOT have Peyronies Disease, something else f'~c<+d up in my penis or pelvic area, still have no final solution but keep going.

Here is what i learned from testing and what helps me by a good amount, altough i am by no amount pain free.

What does not work:

Regular pain killers
L-carnitine
Any other vitamines or supplements

What does help:

- I am using Lyrica for 3 months now. I can not tell if it helps me or not. Sometimes i feel like it helps  a very good amount, sometimes does not change anything. Mostly i think it helps for the pain that comes after having an orgasm. It does not help so good when i have random flaccid pain anyways (sometimes it seems to be triggered when i had many nocturnal errections. Here is my next tip: Find an environment when you sleep that you wont have so much errections. This means imo: Rather cold temperature in the room. Not too thick blanket. Don't think about sex before sleeping or watch porns just before sleeping).

- Curcurmin. I found a good one that has a very good bioavailability (hope that's the word) but does not use black pepper. My stomach can not take black pepper.
- R-alpha lipoic acid ( i think it helps, got it pretty new, still testing it)
- And now maybe my best advice: Consider your pelvic health. I have no pelvic pain so first i ruled this out and ignored it. But i notice i clench my pelvic floor a lot. So what helps me a lot with the pain always is: The bottle trick. Here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZtyZIV8avU
Do as the video says for 3 minutes, best immediately after orgasm.
- Rest. I can accept now that daily sex or masturbation is a no go for me. Every third day is okay. I imagine it needs rest
- Keeping a positive spirit overall
- Diet. First considered keto, but then realized i cant get over eating so much meat. So decided to do the opposite: Am vegetarian now since new year. Avoiding red meats can lower inflammation.
- Distraction: do something else where you forgot about the pain. Go running, talk to someone. Noticed the pain is mostly when i am alone in my room and alone with my thoughts.

These are my best advices guys and i got a routine out of it, and when i compare it to my lowest points ( a lot of pain, for many many hours) it is almost life changing. Life is so much better without penis pain. If you have flaccid chronic pain you will agree with me. Almost nothing worse i can think of. So fixing that means fixing your life for the better.
Please try some of my advices and tell me how you're doing. Start with the bottle trick ( i personally use something smaller, a deodorant  roller does fine) when you have flaccid pain and try it.

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

Trying different stuff now

Interesting, I've been sitting on chairs in a way that sort of simulates that bottle trick to to make sitting more bearable ever since my pain started.

One thing that works for me though is any sort of exercise. It immediately relieves my pain, I don't think it's because I'm not focused on my pain cause even if I put my focus on school work and studying I still feel my pain. However exercise truly does wash away the pain, it still comes back about an hour later but it's effects are pretty immediate in pain reduction

I should try Lyrica to see how it affects me too
