Hey all,

Started ESWT therapy 2 weeks ago, and I have my last session this Saturday.

I'm scheduled to receive the P-Shot 2 weeks later.

Has anyone gone through this before?

I'm ALSO considered implementing extended water fasting to the regimen. Has THIS been done by anyone on the forum before?

I will speak to the doctor about it but I'm curious to get anecdotal evidence.

Hey Roy. I hope you see meaningful improvements with ESWT. I don't think i have read success stories before, about it.  As for the P-Shot, i think it is a sham. Never had anybody which has benefited from it. Like ever. And many people tried. And still do.

Well that's disappointing! I'm spending a whole sh*t load of money for these two procedures, so I hope I see some positive results.

I'm planning to complete a 14 day water fast once this ordeal is over, so hopefully that helps...

The P-shot was the worst thing I ever did for my deformity, now my penis is worse than ever. I read that P-shot increases collagen= scar tissue
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Ok THAT is concerning... I can still cancel.

Google PRP or P-shot, it will tell you that increase Collagen, that is good in a penis with no scar tissue or fibrosis, but not in a penis with fibrosis. I spended $2000 for an injection  that created more damage, is up to you to do it, I was warned by an urologist but I didn't listen

Also, search the board on ''p shot'. There was a thread circulating here about it not long ago with a lot of posts.

I know 3 or 4 people who have benefited from the P shot. Also I have spoken to a few clinics that say they haven't met anyone yet who at least wasn't slightly improved. I get they can be full of crap, but unless you get a haematoma...whoch is so incredibly rare since they use anticoagulants... you shouldn't make it worse.
Bad luck might just have had...  bad luck... but who knows. There is a large study on this underway which will shed some more light on it. I think you are dead on with the water fast. Healing naturally and blood flow is your safest bet.

I am myself looking into getting PRP. Bad luck is the only person I have seen get worse from it. Others say nothing happened or slight/big improvement.

The fact that he only had one shot as well is very sad. Many people take 3-6 to even note any sort of change.
