peyronies has left me 60% impotent. my ED is pretty severe now. has anyone here who has had peyronies induced erectile dysfunction actually recover at least your erectile function whether through pentox traction devices or whatever?

life is pretty depressing being in my late 20s and not being able to get it up. I've been on pentox and ubiquinol for about a month now but its honestly not doing much.

I have been where you are and worse. The short answer is Yes there are ways to regain your sexual ability.

When everything else fails, the penile implant is the only way go go. It works 100% of the time. An erection harder than you ever had and will last as long as you and/or your partner desire.

My history is posted here in the surgery for peyronies board. Also my story "One Mans Journey" in  my blog http://jackp-penileimplant.blogspot.com/

Will an implant provide a full and stiff glans?  I hate that my Peyronies has left my glans smaller and soft when fully erect, makes for more difficult penetration for me.

The AMS LGX is the only implant that expands into the glans to help with penetration. A lot of men without a length expanding implant (LGX) complain about "floppy head" (glans). A good graphic of how the LGX works is at www.amslgx.com/

Like you peyronies left me with a soft glans. Now it gets as erect as it did before peyronies. One night my wife and I were "fooling around" without my implant inflated. She remarked "Jack, You got hard on without the implant inflated." I explained to her that the glans and CS get erect now that the CC's do not need the blood flow for an erection.

A implant will not restore glans function. That said in the weeks and months after an implant most men will notice that the glans starts to get hard on its own again.

My glans started getting hard again after about 16 months, some younger men it only takes a few as 4 weeks for us older men it can take up to 2 years.

Thanks jackp, looks like the technology has really come a long way.  So far, no significant ED for me, but I'm glad there is this option.  What do you mean by restore glans function?  Are orgasms any different with the implant?  I like the idea of getting more length with one if these since I'm naturally a little short there anyway.

Since you do not have significant ED then you are not yet a candidate for an implant. No orgasms are not different with an implant just like you normally have.

In men with severe ED the glans as well as the penile shaft do not become erect. An implant only makes the penile shaft erect. In most men the glans function returns after the implant because the chambers where the implant's are no longer require blood flow to become erect. It can not be proved medically but that blood flow will redirect to the glans. Younger men recover glans function sooner than us older guys. It usually takes from a few weeks to 2 years. Mine did at about 16 months post op.

An implant will not make your penis larger than you are normally. Most men think they are a little short but in reality we are not. Women prefere girth the length. Most of the nerve endings in the vagina are within the first 2".

Thanks, I am blessed with thickness.  Maybe I'll never need one of these, but glad it's out there.

Does one still have feeling with an implant?  Is it still a pleasurable experience.  I can still get an erection but my hourglassing is pretty nasty.

I had serious ED, even caverject shots gave me some engorgement but I was unable to have intercourse.
With traction after some months I noticed the return of nocturnal erection and ability to have an sufficient hard on came back.

In the acute phase of Peyronies Disease, erection was a major concern. Traction, L-arginine and pentox during some months have improved a lot of people, it can't worse your condition so give a try.

Antidepressants, alcool, anxyolitics are erections ennemies. It seems logical, but Peyronie is quite distressing so I guess a lot of people use thoses things to calm down and relax. Unfortunatly thoses drugs leads to ED.
Recent Peyronie disease is very disturbing and makes a man experience lack of self confidence / esteem.

The more relax you'll be in your mind, the harder your penis will be. Well, tricky isn't ?

torn if you only been on pentox for about a month you wont see any results it takes about 5 months before you notice anything. I dont understand why doctors arent telling people who they prescribe pentox too. Ive read alot of people say well after 2 months I havent noticed any results... you got to give it time to work. It took me about 5 months before I noticed anything major from pentox.

You begin this topic one year ago.
As someone that have the same ED problem as you, I would like to know if you are making some treatment and if it helps.
My treatment is Pentox 2*400mg day (3 months), low dose Cialis and VED (six months).
