Thanks for the words guys. Another day that i tried traction. I went an extra bit further on the rods and i have to swap out for the longer ones. That's the good thing. The bad thing, if you can call it that is the ridge that appeared on my glans as soon as i took out the device. I almost had a panic attack.... seems to be going away as i post this online.

Has any of you guys had this after traction on their glans? If you had it, is this common?

I had no pain during nor after traction and i did 2 clicks on the device as it is my new normal now. Please reply. Any comments will be appreciated.

Forgot to add the pictures. Here they are guys.

I have had this "ridge" appearance also. It does go away and is nothing permanent.

Hey Mikel7, you had this ridge too? You say it's normal? Seems to have disappeared 7 hours later but scared me out so much...

Mikel7

Yes I have had those kinds of deformities from using the unit. It kind of freaks you out thinking it is permanent. Everything will go back to normal.  I really freaked out when I started using the PMP and saw little blisters that formed on my glans. These though did go away after a time of using the device regularly.

Thank you for replying to my Mikel7. It puts me at ease. I will change the rods when i get the chance and take it from there. I was impressed that i could advance on the rods so quick...... good stuff.

I also have planned to start and trying to do measurements of my erect and flaccid length as wells as tracking the time spent under traction.

Yep, nothing to worry about Pfract. My glans often looks horrible when it comes out of the clamp but usually looks fine agai after a few minutes. If it's any consolation, I've been using the RestoreX for over a year, 630ish hours and if anything my glans is bigger than ever. Just wish I could say the same for the rest of my penis...

That's sad to read. Did you saw any progression on the rods themselves?

Great to see the support and positive discussion from everyone!

Indeed jj. I did traction again yesterday. It went great. Getting more and more the hang of the device and clamping. I started counting the clicks it took me. Started on 3 clicks with the big rods, then moved up to 4 clicks and after 10 minutes it was good for 5 clicks but I called it quits for the session. The glans looked fine, besides the ridge I posted before above.

I am going to get a small ruler and start taking measurements, by placing it alongside the device, say on a weekly basis. That should give some idea on progress for other guys and myself too.

jj21

Good to hear Pfract.

I track each session of mine in an excel spreadsheet. Am going to measure length in about 2 months.

Glad it's finally working for you!

Hey asdf123!

I have not been too consistent for the past week and a half, but i average at least 3 stretching sessions a week. I am very slow when it comes to this and started by doing just 10 min, then 15, and now... i'm at 22min. I will struggle to do twice in a day due to my schedule, once it comes to that.

I feel an improvement in pain on my penis. I used to get pain when i had erections with the penis inside my pants to either side, but now it is just discomfort and i can tolerate it well and even move around. Before it would be so unconfortable and painful that i would have to wait for the erection to subside.

I am not exactly sure that i can notice a very, very small improvement on my erect length but it seems so. I am sorry, but i did not came through with getting a ruler and starting to take measurements.

Do you have a restorex too, or you are just curious?

jj21

Pfract - the fact that pain is subsiding is a good sign. I remember when I started VED/Traction, the first thing I would notice is that it would help with pain, improvement in other areas would always follow. If you have ED, you may notice an improvement in ED/morning wood next.

I joined this forum bc of this post and to come say thank you to everyone especially pfract for sharing their journies. I've had peyronies for prob a decade and just decided to start making an effort to correct this last year. it's not terrible, a slight 20 degree deviation to the left, but obvi not what i want to live with anymore if its indeed correctable.

My urologist suggested that crappy andropeyronie device. I'm uncircumcised and let me tell you, its almost impossible to get that thing on w a secure reliable fit without slippage. Wish i didnt cough up the money on it but oh well, live and learn. After reading all the good things and seeing all of your helpful pictures, I'll probably pick up a restorex as it seems to have the most secure fit compared to andro, penimaster, etc.

How was the final results? Did you get improvement in curvature, erect lenght etc?
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

Pfract

I gained a littlebit of length and had improvement in my pain with erections during sex. I'm not doing it at the moment tho.
