Hi everyone.

Wondering if any implantees have regained a good amount of size back after excessive loss from peyronies and xiaflex. I have 2 plaques on either side or it maybe one according to my uro, they started just above mid shaft, and  are now at the lower side of the base, but really seem to be dug in there. I believe the xiaflex shot created excessive tissue damage that has cause the scar to spread and tighten up, it is constricting all around the base. Causes alot of discomfort, and pain other days and is obviously preventing much of the base from stretching out. Maybe this is a very rare case, I am hoping that some removal of the scar tissue and an implant will straighten and give me more size back or is it possible there is too much scar tissue now for this. I did a little VED before xiaflex but was told to stop, and since this happened I tried to manually stretch again but it is definitely causing more pain. So hopefully VED can help with something and then an implant. Cuz it doesn't seem any other surgery can get me straight and some size back.

You are mistaken , there is a procedure called TEP, tunica expansion procedure that can be done to regain lost length while implanting. Read tartaos journal on this forum, he got all his length back. There is one guy in his 60s who got the same procedure a couple of op months ago, read his journal as well and message him on this forum.
