Problems with errections

Hello everyone,

As you can see in my description, I have a septal plaque at the tip, which is not really making anything so far, but since the last two weeks I have problems getting a really hard erection when masturbating,  I can get one quickly but not super hard. I'm really scared now, what could be reason for that. I have been trying every day by stimulating by hand but it just does not get super hard anymore, the overall penis not anything around the plaque. Also I don't smoke or really drink, I'm in normal shape (sports once or twice a day - Lifting and climbing), I don't check any of the risk factors super frustrating. Can this plaque at the tip of the penis cause all of this within such short amount of time. I don't if it's my mind or something is seriously broken now. Did the l-arginin overstress the tissue. I had the felling the plaque is getting smaller, but now this isssue is coming up. I really don't know what to do now, I have not an other appointment until February.

I upgraded the Citrulin dosage to 5g a day. And last night I woke up and had a really hard erection, which was a relief but at the same time I'm thinking now, what is wrong with my body that it needs the Citrulin, is this the progression of Peyronies now?

One of the effects of peyronies on a lot of folks is problems with their erection quality due to disease progression. You should bet a prescription for Cialis daily and see how it helps you. It is described in the survival guide and on the treatment guidelines. Cialis with l-arginine.

Although Josesmith is correct to some degree, the issue with Erectile Dysfunction is often a lack of nocturnal erections, which are pivotal for optimum penile health. Without them, your tissues do not stretch when we sleep and this is the reason why quite often the penis loses size.

Daily Cialis, or Tadalafil 5g is recommended to enhance/improve/bring back nocturnal erections and therefore to keep good penile health. Although Viagra will help with getting an erection it will only last for 4 hours, and after 2 hours its shell life is halved.

I'm scared of taking tadalafil as the citrullin with 4-5g already gives me really hard erections that wake me up at night.  I measured blood pressure through out the day couple of times, its really good. Also I eat healthy, workout, don't smoke. So I wonder whats the reason I find it so weird that this very small plaque causes my whole penis to somehow be dependent on medications for erections. I have an appointment at the university hospital, maybe they have any idea, I can make peace with taking meds, but I want to understand the causality, not just fighting the symptoms.

Hi -- how many days did you take this dose of citrulline before you got this effect?  I take 1.2g twice a day and it has zero effect on me.

I take 3g a day usually. If make dosage to 5g, the really hard erections come 1 day later. Its not immediate

It also depends on whats the issue for you. Its only for light erection problems according to studys
