I had a graft insertion about a week ago to correct an 80 degree upward bend. I think it's gone well. Although I am waking up in a lot of pain if I start to get wood during the night. Does anyone have any experience of this? I've got an appointment with the surgeon in a couple of days but have had no luck in contacting him since the surgery

That's awesome. Getting erections at night is a great sign. What kind of graft did you get?
