Food allergies stopping healing?

Do some of you have food allergies? I've been thinking if those could slow healing due to chronic inflammation. In my case, Histamine intolerance. A bad intolerance because a lot of foods have histamine. Maybe the inflammed gut will make it harder for the body to heal. Any guesses?

25y, injured at 21 :/

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

Trying different stuff now
