In acute phase, traction or VED?

Say I'm in acute phase, with some pain and perhaps can feel some minimal nodules/plaques on my penis (especially in the septum part) and that my budget is limited.

Should I buy a RestoreX/traction device or a VED, in addition to taking oral treatments (Pentox, vitamin E, Arginine, Cialis 5mg, CoQ10) ?

Erectile dysfunction, although apparently no venous leak
Weird nodule under the superficial dorsal vein at the root of the penis, possibly remnant of Mondor's (?)
Apparently no plaques

Have a loving girlfriend who I will marry
