Hello. I'm from Myanmar.
I have a penile pain since last February. The pain is in both flaccid and erect.
My urologist said i have a Peyronie's disease because he saw a swollen lump on the left side of my penis. Its been almost a year and still there is no curvature nor Hourglass. And the lumb also is not hard and just soft to touch and swollen. And there's dark bruise like color change under it.  In this case, im not sure im having a Peyronie's disease or other kind of disease. I just dont want this pain anymore. Its been 10months already. Please someone tell me any ideas what this might be. I attached 2 photos of my penis, one is while at flaccid and another is while erect. You can see the swollen area in flaccid pic. And darken area in erect pic. Thank you. Looking forward some helps from someone

Thank you so much Akch. I did the ultrasound check up already in October. But they said all is normal. I guess it's because i was so scared and worried when they ultrasound me and during the process, my penis was really small and tiny. Is it possible they didnt find anything because of it? Or maybe they just don't know what they are reading. My country is poor country and very low grade equipments. Should i go get another test?  is there anyone who has similar Trauma like mine? Thank you.

If you really have Peyronies Disease, you have to be patient and watch your nutrition. The inflammation causes the pain. ESWT showed good results in studies, but I never tried this.
I got rif of the pain after a few weeks of using traction and supplements of the surival guide.

Your penis looks normal.  I would NOT consider ESWT and risk damage.

I would rely on hot and/or cold compresses, over-the-counter NSAIDs (Advil, Alev), and try Acetal L-Carnitine which often reduces pain.

Ultrasound won't always show tissue damage, or it can be more dependent on the person (doctor, nurse, etc.) doing the ultrasound and how skilled they are to see any damage, at least that is what Dr. Trost has told me in conversation.  It is a valuable tool if used by a skilled doctor.  MRI may be better from what I've been told but definitely more costly and time consuming getting the work done.  A skilled doctor should be able to get a pretty good idea if you have Peryronies or not based partly on palpation.  A lot of us when we first get injured start reading things on-line and assume any little bump on our penis is Peyronies but in reality it may not be.  A lot of Urologists are not that famaliar with Peyronies too so they may end up making a false diagnosis.  Your doctor may be right but I would definitely seek out a 2nd opinoin, especially from a doctor that has a history in treating Peyronies.

You haven't said how often you are using your penis still since the accident 10 months ago?  Are you masturbating daily and/or having sex very often?  Sex daily, every other day, or few days?  If any of those are the case you may need to lay off for sometime to give your penis time to recover?  I know Neo mentions in his videos that it is good to give your penis time to recover, in order to try and get the inflammation and pain under control.  Treat your penis like it is a broken arm.  Be careful with it.  This doesn't mean your current state will last forever, but being careful with it at least until the pain/inflammation stabilize (if they are able to) may really help your penile health in the short term and eventually in the long term too.

Thank you so much cdub. That really helps.
Yes, i'm taking a break from all of sexual activities with my penis. BUt the pains never leave. I don't wanna have sex because i don't wanna have more pain. I tried masturbate very slowly once last 3 months ago just wanna know i can still ejectculate or not and found out its still good. My urination normal, too.And I can still have erection until now. No curves, no hourglass.  It's just the pain.  :'(  :'(

And there is one thing i'm scared of. Penile fracture. All of the websites i've researched said, Penile fracture need immediate Surgery repairs. Mine is already more than 10 months late if it was fractured. :( My doctor said If i have a fractured penis, I can't have Erections.
I'd like to know if it is true? The thing is I can't trusts doctors here in my country. :(
Can Someone please see the photos i attached with my first post, and tell me it could be a fracture or microfracture or not.
