Sometimes i feel pain in my testicles from the base of restorex pressing on them, i have tried to have 1 testicle be above the base and 1 under because otherwise my scrotum becomes too
tight and squeezed and its squezzing my testicles.

Yesterday i was laying in bed about 2 hours after using restorex when i suddenly felt a stomach ache, 5 minutes later my testicle was hurting really bad, i could barely breathe or move because every movement i made caused more pain, i went online and saw that it could be a Testicular torsion and if its that then surgery is needed within 6 hours, so i went to the ER and got checked with ultrasound, they found nothing and said its probably inflammation, but then before i was being released the urologist wanted to check again by feeling my scrotum, it was very painful but when i got up after the check, the pain was 90% gone.

I dont think they really know what it was or why it was fixed after he checked me, the urologist said he probably lifted the testicle a little bit so there was less friction but i dont know.

Anyway im really scared to try traction again apart from using a belt tied to my waist

Any idea what can be done to minimize the pressing on my testicles?
Is letting 1 testicle be above the base circle to minimize the scrotum pressure a bad idea?
I generally try to really lift my skin before using the restorex to make sure that im stretching the tissue and not the skin, but that leaves very little space for my testicles to be in

This is surreal. I had the exact same thing yesterday and felt discomfort in one testicle yesterday. I googled it up and was worried it was torsion, but my pain level was not as much so I decided against going to the ER and have scheduled an appointment in January with my urologist who did Xiaflex. He believes it may just be remaining irritation from Xiaflex that had caused swelling 3 months ago and told me to wear a good underwear, take warm baths and nsaids.

My mind was thinking all kinds of things based on google search, like variocele or epidydymitis or hydrocele.

Using RestoreX and Xiaflex injections
Taking coq10 with daily Cialis 5mg.

Ye its pretty scary, my friend lost his testicle due to testicular torsion so when i googled the symptoms i remembered the pain he described to me as being to worst of his life so i didnt hesitate too much just to be safe and less worried.

I have tried now to use restorex again and the pain resurfaced althugh nothing in comparison to what it was back then, it seems to be lurking in the shadows, whatever it was it didnt fully heal
Il have to take time off from restorex.

I have been wondering though if that testicle is more prone to the injury than the other one because its on the same side of my curve and pain which i dont even know if its peyronies

I think my root cause isn't RestoreX but the swelling and inflammation from Xiaflex that has remained still. I am think it is epidydmytis but will have to wait to get it checked out till my appointment in January or do you guys recommend I go to ER to get an ultrasound for peace of mind ? I have good health insurance so cost is not an issue here.

Well even though they didnt find anything in my ultrasound they said its most likely inflammation, which didnt seem to concern them too much, the urologist just asked if i want NSAID and told me to get a urine test

Im not too sure what epidydmytis is though or if its what they thought i have

I think he suspected some sort of infection because he suggested to not wait for the urine test to come back but instead start antibiotics if i want to be sure to get rid of the pain asap
So maybe a urinalysis is also an option
