Hey guys,

So I am newly disgnosed. Not sure how long my plaque has been there but I have taken some extreme measures with no luck. I just finished a 14 day water fast and no change. I am looking into supplements which break down the collagen and fibrous tissue and then will try to remodel. Problem is I don't know if it's calcified and don't know how I'll tell until my tests.

I'm taking serrapeptase, nattokinase, bromelain, pine bark, quercetin, K2, magnesium. What am I missing here? I am also going to purchase a 3mhz ultrasound machine.

Some people use topicals, I just saw a thread of a man using arnica oil. I might give that a shot as well.

Symptoms: Left curve in flaccid and semi, slight indent near left base, loss of hardness, HF, slight loss of girth and length.
Diagnosed in November of 2022.
Currently taking supplements, cialis and traction.

I tried all that, 24 day water fast aswell as 10 and 9 days water fasts and many shorter ones, aswell as the supplements.

Im not sure how practical it is to try to break down the collagen in such fashion alone, didnt work for me.
it seems that the penis can be stretched somewhat to gain some elasticity and possibly break down the collagen a little bit if im understanding correctly.

I chose to stick to the data of what seems to work the best, which seems to be traction, although that doesnt seem to work for me aswell.

But i dont understand you reasoning for wanting to fix this all through diet and supplements BEFORE attempting to remodel with traction, if you choose to take supplements, you might aswell do traction simultaneously.

I think calcification doesnt occur untill the stable phase, and not with everyone
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto, carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

Is there any way you can tell it's calcified by feeling it?

And remodelling is a last resort for me. I think I am in the acute phase so would rather dissolve it the best I can then look at remodelling.

Most effective supplements have been - Pentox and Cialis daily I believe. Maybe COQ10 as well.

Most effective treatments have been traction and VED.

I don't think much else will help. If I was in your position and could go back to when my Peyronies first started - I would start VED and Traction immediately.
34 Years Old...Peyronies for 4 years. 20 Degree left and upwards curvature, major dents and narrowing, ED.

Calcification can not really be felt, only way to make sure is ultrasound. Even then you may get different opinions from different doctors.

Also it can happen very quickly and is not indicative of the stable phase (see Dr. Trost answers)

Symptoms since trauma in July 21:
First calcified nodule in septum near glans
Multiple calcified plaques developed on top

Wouldn't K2 help in this regard?

K2 is thought to help with calcification, but there is no real evidence.
I think it cant hurt trying it and in fact added some to my supplements (D3+K2+Omega3)
