Erection Angle

Recently I had an appointment with doctor eid and he suggested when having the implant surgery  with me because my erection sits so far upwards when leaving my body(toward my stomach), to instead of heal with penis lying  with it downwards. Is this a bad decision? I don't want my erection to point down but I also don't want it to be to far up as it does now.

The problem I have is I can't really masturbate lying down because of how my erection curves along with the angle it leaves my body. and I definitely cant have sex lying down. Even when I'm sitting in a chair my erection points toward my stomach.

Has anyone implanted healed at a downward angle because of this issue?

I seriously doubt if members who never examined your penis, and who have no medical training, are going to suggest they know better than the world's foremost implant surgeon who did examine your penis.

If ten members suggested Dr. Eid was giving you bad advice and that they had better advice who would you trust and listen to

Im not looking for their opinion, I asked if anyone has healed with their penis downward because their penis leans to far upward prior to surgery. I understand doctor eid is good  but I was seeing if anyone else has been told to let there penis heal downward opposed to upward because their penis pointed to far upward.
