Never diagnosed with Peyronie's. Had an injury in 2018, noticed a dent and had some pain when I squeezed it. Been paranoid ever since. Now 3.5 years later I'm getting pain in my glans (hard or flaccid). It's only on the left side of my glans (injury was same side but lower) and it feels very overly sensitive to where it's painful. Sometimes it makes erections uncomfortable but usually after I masturbate if subsides. No curve. The last time this happened it lasted for a few days. At the moment it can be very sensitive to touch.

Do you think after all this time this could actually be Peyronie's and is now manifesting? Or is it more likely a pelvic floor issue? Please help me

I'd suggest you avoid squeezing the area at all costs. Feeling for the region isn't gonna change the fact of what's going on.
