Well, I had my final (6 of 6) treatments on Saturday (20th Nov) at a clinic in Richmond.

I had 2 weeks in between each course (he said from 1 - 2 weeks between treatments) and noticed a few changes in my Penis over the last 12 weeks - I was also using a PMP which he gave me and said to use that for at least 4 months - I have been using it regularly for about 8 weeks now. I also invested myself in a SOMAcorrect and was using that initially but have been unable to use it recently due to lifestyle (I'm also a musician in a band).

I expressed my disappointment on Saturday after the last treatment to which he replied it is now a waiting game and to see how it goes. He is calling me in 8 weeks time as a follow up - if no improvement by then I will enquire about a partial refund but I won't hold my breath.

To sum up the shockwave therapy - has it done much good? I can't honestly say but it certainly hasn't cured my Peyronies - the 30 degree curve to the left has reduced to about 15 degrees but I also now have an upward curve at almost 45 degrees so I am not in a better place at all - I personally feel that it was a waste of £2,950. I doubt I can ever get some of that back now!

I will continue with the traction and VED in the hope that they will help.

Again, I personally feel that they will take anyone's money regardless of knowing if they can help or not - I feel ripped off and a little angry with them.

Thanks for the post.  I've always thought it seems risky.  Important to note it's shockwave not ultrasound.
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%

Don't be down on yourself.  I would say continue with the VED and traction. This is not a sprint but rather a m a r a t h o n. You gonna make it in the long run.

I am having the same treatment except it is 2 sessions per week for 3 months. Two procedures - one for peyronies and one for ED.

Most people havent had much luck but a lot hvae reported that it helped with ED.

I saw the best results from VED - was almost 60% cured until overpumping. I definitely think traction and VED is the way to go just take it easy.

Like Mike said its a marathon.
34 Years Old...Peyronies for 4 years. 20 Degree left and upwards curvature, major dents and narrowing, ED.

Implant + Tunica Expansion Procedure, 7th Feb 2023, Titan 22cm +1cm RTE, Partial revision 27th June 23 (fix pump, remove 10ml reservoir).

I am disgusted by every urologist who offers this treatment knowingly that it does not in fact work. They are the scum of the earth i promise you
20, late 2020 masturbation injury leads to semi erect hourglass, then try manual stretching leads to pudendal neuralgia like symptoms, corpus spongiosum and glans do not fill, severe ed- floppy unstable erections that feel like water balloon .

Bud luck

Western town, what about the "medical" facilities that promised  the P-shot "can cured penis fibrosis", when in fact it can make it worse!!!!! I spended $2000 for the P-shot to created more scar tissue, how these "clinics" are allowed to make false statements? They are making millions using useless "Therapies".
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021

Am really sorry to read your post. All improvements I have made have come from advice from this site. It's a great site.

Stick to working with vacuum and especially traction.

Personally I do experiment with new treatments but only on a D.i.y basis. And that's just because  I have spare time and as long as it's safe and well self-educated. I give it a go. My doctor prescribed potaba. It definitely stopped symptoms worsening.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.
