At least as of Sunday from the week before (daylight savings) I had normal erections. Sometime last week I wanted to please myself and it just wouldn’t get up. If I really try I can get somewhat of an erection but it doesn’t last long and it’s not full like usual. I am not getting precum either which I always used to get.

On top of having been dealing with this horrible disease for almost 2 years and finally accepting the situation, this happens and it’s got me real depressed.

Is this something that could be temporal and only last some weeks and solve itself or will I have to now deal with this from now on? I’ve been having a tough month with life crumbling down in other health areas and need some type of not bad news

I can't comment on your individual case - you should see your urologist again quickly.  Many men with Peyronie's are prescribed daily low dosages of Tadalafil (Cialis) and this may be the next step for you.  Tadalafil enhances the natural ability of the penis to grow erect.  If there is a physical or even a psychological reason that you have lost this ability, the drug may help, but you need to get that advice from your MD urologist.

Thanks. I’m just looking to find any words of things that could provide explanation, guidance or simply some personal anecdotes. I have already set an appointment and hopeful I find some answers.

I don’t want to be taking yet another medicine to treat a condition. I want a cure or at least something that leads to a solution. Not taking meds indefinitely.

I might shed some money and go with xiaflex. Seems like it could fix my curve and if it’s physical, the erection problem

I do not know that Xiaflex ever "fixes" Erectile Dysfunction.

I suspect a sudden significant effect on your erections has a psychological factor, especially since you have been under stress from Peyronies Disease and
