Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and wanted your opinions on this situation. I am 21 M and do not have any curve at all to my penis. I also don't have any pain or ED issues really. Occasionally I will have ED issues but that is due to PIED(porn induced ED) which I have mostly recovered from. The thing that worries me is on the left side of my penis, maybe 1/3 of the way up when flaccid I noticed a little bump maybe a centimeter long . You only notice it or can feel it when I am semi erect maybe after using the bathroom. It doesn't hurt or anything and I've maybe noticed it for 1-2 months. I could have had it for longer but just noticed it. There was also no major injury that could have caused it. I have a urologist appointment in about a month and that was for something else but I will be bringing this up as well.

1)  So do you guys think it is Peyronies disease based off that bump/tissue, I have no idea how to describe it, it could be Tissue or maybe even a vein but I don't think it's a vein or even something else.
2)  If it is Peyronies, what can I expect in the future since I don't have any curves now, will it start to hurt and curve in the future. I tried to research this but it's a lot of mixed answers.

Thank you for any reply.

Saw Urologist at USC who handles Peyronies alot and he does not believe I have it. Symptoms: soreness in flaccid state, glands do not engorge, 2 very small. indents, slight girth loss( last 2 might be mental),ED for 2.5 years

Welcome to the forum Chrisaaa.

I would bet a thousand dollars against a fifty-dollar bill that you do NOT have Peyronies Disease.

What you likely have however is an obsessive attachment to porn and preoccupation with your penis.  Remember that porn gives a pretty distorted view of human intimacy.  It will not make you a better lover or a better husband or father.

Hello Hawk,

Thank you for the reply, that makes me feel much better. What do you think the "bump" or string of tissue( I don't know how to describe it exactly) could be then. I have seen others post that they first noticed a similar bump that I can also describe as maybe a thick piece of rice. This led to them figuring out that they did in fact have peyronies. That's what worried. What do you think those little bumps can be then . Thanks.

I have tried my best to research what "plaque" feels like and it's hard to get an exact answer. I do feel like I have something but I'm not sure if it's just a normal part of the penis or if it is new or what.
