Hi I have been striking out with general urologists I think most are clueless and I have wasted a lot of money.  I have an injury I believe it starts at the base/perineum area and it has effected much of my penis making it very weak, unsteady, and hooked bending downwards. My perineum is flattened seems like lost muscle in perineum.  Some people say they get the best results from sex change doctors.  I need help can someone please recommend who can help diagnose my injury?

Not sure what part of the country you are in but Dr Levine (Chicago) is my specialist for Peyronies.  I would think that he could diagnose your problem but not 100% sure.
55 y/o, Peyronies Disease onset 2018, diag 2/19.
Pentox failed, Ref to U-Michigan, doppler showed 45D right curve and 80D dorsal w hinge effect.
Incision/grafting/plication at U-M 9/20 failed.
Implant / graft repair with Dr Levine (Chicago) 9/21, successful so far
