No way around it, pain comes and goes and there is no way to prevent it. Plaque, or whatever it came from surgery, pushing against a nerves, maybe some of them entangling..well, I realized I'll be having pain all my life. Bad time, struggling to do things but what gets me most ttroubles is having a shower, and also dressing is complicated. Funny things some moments I dont'have pain at all, even for weeks, and some I have pain 24h basically..options are less than suboptimal..

well, just ventig out not even a propositive thread

Hi Jack,

Re: "Funny things some moments I don't have pain at all, even for weeks, and some I have pain 24h basically."

Do you notice the times of lower pain or increased pain are correlated with anything in your life? Times of stress, times of relaxation? Times of high physical activity versus lower physical activity? Or is it just random?

I've noticed the "good days" and "bad days" thing for me too. I'm trying to unlock this mystery.

Hello SerenityPrayer this is a very good approach and i am trying the same. As for Jack: Unfortunetely he never respons to his own topics. So we have to guess.
But i refuse to think it's all just in our head the pain, there can also be still a source. Only 1/4 of all chronic pain is neuropathic. For my case, which is not Peyronies Disease, but rather an injury to the Penis or maybe ligaments, i will persuade my doctor to do an MRI of the pelvic, of the penis, i wan't everything checked. There will be some small damage that can be seen and i will have that surgery. At my own risk. But i will not give up so quick!

For neuropathic pain, you can try gabapentin or Lyrica.

Or alpha lipoic acid, which is natural. It would have to be higher doses though.
Snake Diet + 5-day fasts + pentox + NeoV's stretching routine + Mito Red Light. Curvature 99% gone.

I also used Todd Capistrant's "Fascial Distortion Model" to help my curvature. Start slowly.

Yes, I saw a new doc today who prescribed gabapentin. So it's good to hear your suggestion. It helps give me some confidence. We'll see how it works out. Cheers.

I'm the same.  Sometime and go a few weeks without much discomfort, and then I can go a long time with dull pain, tingling and burning.

It does seem worse in times of stress,  it may be that the pain causes the stress...I've not figured it out yet 😕

Hello SerenityPrayer how is your Gabapentin treatment going? I 've just finished 3 months of Pregabalin and unfortunately no benefits for my pain.
