I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread on implant related accidents people have had.

Please post also what warning signs one needs to watch out for when using an implant.

For eg: can an implant ever get overinflated and cause damage to the tissue, or break.

I have never had and know of no one else who has had any such "implant-related accidents."  You cannot overinflate and damage tissue. I can squeeze as hard as I can with both hands, and I have a good grip. If you inflate for several hours a day over a period of time, or leave it partially inflated all the time, there is the risk of erosion to the tissue, but I have never known of anyone who had that happen.

There is nothing fragile about an implant and nothing fragile about a penis with an implant once you are healed from the initial surgery.
