Hawk...are you talking about "hot compresses" as a treatment for hydrocele, or are you talking about "hot compresses" as a substitute for hot baths (when advised)

On average, at what point from the day of the IPP surgery is the area that suffered the trauma  considered fully healed. Let's say for theoretical purposes, 98% healed is the cutoff. Is 3 months a good time to assume that this has happened?

How are you now? I also have 2 hydroceles. But I don't have an implant.

Everyone heals differently but most (80% or better) healing is done at 90 days.  That does not mean most changing is done.  Cylinders become softer, pump and valve are broken in and work better.  Additional size gains might continue. You are also likely to get those random little ghost pains and twinges that last 2 seconds with no clear explanation other than nerve healing or reconnection.
